The Charles Mack Citizen Center offers a variety of services and amenities to meet the needs of your event. From experienced and professional staff to complimentary audio visual services, the Charles Mack Citizen Center has everything you need to host a memorable event.
Audio Visual
When it comes to Audio Visual and other design elements, there’s much that can be done at the Charles Mack Citizen Center to transform your space into your ideal event. From site screens and projection, to live-stream and sound, if you can envision it, it likely can be done. With high-resolution projectors and large projector screens, your branding can be on full display during events. In any of our banquet rooms, we can enhance your presentation with use of our gooseneck, wireless or lapel microphones. Each banquet room is equipped with a technical podium allowing guests full control of the event, from their presentation, to sound and lighting. Use of the Charles Mack Citizen Center audio visual system is complimentary. Additional equipment can be provided for a fee. We will partner with your audio-visual team or refer you to a short list of AV companies for additional needs.

Rental Equipment & Linens
The Charles Mack Citizen Center offers a wide variety of in-house rental equipment and linens, making it just a little easier to plan your event. With hundreds of different linen sizes, fabrics and colors, we’re sure you’ll find just what you are looking for! In addition, the facility offers all the best equipment for event design including backdrops, ceiling drapery, up-lighting, market lighting, staging and more! Whether you are planning a corporate meeting or tradeshow to a wedding or birthday party, the Charles Mack Citizen Center can meet your equipment and linen needs.

Catering
Creating a memorable event requires more than just picking a menu. Our preferred catering professionals can assist you by enhancing your event in ways that delight the senses. Our list of preferred caterers can help to create a themed menu from a casual meeting to a black-tie affair. In-House Break-Menu
The Charles Mack Citizen Center offers a select menu of in-house items for breaks and snacks. Items include pre-packaged snacks, cookie and brownie trays, assorted canned or bottled soft drinks/water, fruit, etc. For a full menu of our in-house items, please click here.
Commercial Kitchens
The Charles Mack Citizen Center offers two commercial catering kitchens equipped with prep tables, warming ovens, freezer, refrigerator, gas range, microwave, coffee maker, ice maker, dishwasher and sinks. Approved Caterers at the Charles Mack Citizen Center receive complimentary use of the catering kitchens to meet the needs of events. Catering kitchens may also be rented if a specialized caterer is used.
Bridal Suite
The Bridal Suite is a 400 square foot space that is the perfect setting for brides to get ready on their wedding day. The Bridal Suite provides a convenient, private and spacious area to prep before the wedding (and provides ample photo opportunities) and includes vanities, mirrors for hair and makeup, ample seating for lounging, private dressing area, flat screen television, dress form, mini refrigerator and more! The suite is just a few steps away from the courtyards and reception area.
